Alannah Rose
Alannah is a freelance fantasy illustrator based out of Colorado. She works in traditional mediums, oil and ink, to tell stories about fantastical worlds, and the people and the creatures that inhabit them.
She received her B.A. in Drawing and Painting from Dartmouth College in 2013, and worked as a graphic designer for most of her twenties before returning to school at Watts Atelier in 2020 to pursue a career in illustration. She taught at Watts Atelier from 2022 to 2025.
Her work has been accepted into Infected by Art Volumes 12, 13, and received Bronze in the Pen/Ink/Pencil Category in Volume 14. She has also exhibited as part of the Every Day Original online gallery and the 2026 Character in Context group show. Selected Clients include Upperdeck, Kobold Press, Hit Point Press, Palladium Books, Paizo Publishing, Strange Owl Games and more.
When she’s not drawing or painting, you can find her with a cup of coffee in hand, hanging out with her two quirky cats or out hiking in the early morning with her husband.
