Alannah is a freelance illustrator and instructor at Watts Atelier in Southern California. She works in traditional mediums, oil and ink, to tell stories about fantastical worlds, and the people and the creatures that inhabit them.

She received her B.A. in Drawing and Painting from Dartmouth College in 2013, and worked as a graphic designer for most of her twenties before returning to school at Watts Atelier in 2020 to pursue a career in illustration.

When she’s not drawing or painting, you can find Alannah with a cup of coffee in hand, hanging out with her two quirky cats or out hiking in the early morning with her husband.
