Ed Binkley is an award winning fantasy artist and career art educator. His client list includes Tool, Lucasfilm, Ltd., Wizards of the Coast, Suntup Editions, The Frazetta Art Museum, and ImagineFX among others. Ed received the First Place Grand Prize in IBA Volume 10 as well as receiving the Body-of-Work award, the Second Place Grand Prize in IBA Volume 13, and the Gold Awards in the Drawing Category in Volumes 11 and 12. He served as a Juror for IBA Volume 8, and his work has been published in numerous issues of "Infected by Art" and "Spectrum: The Best in Contemporary Fantastic Art". He has won Spectrum Gold and Silver awards with six additional award nominations, and a Chesley Award in the Monochrome category. He served as Juror/Judge for Dragon Con 2018 in Atlanta (and returned as a Guest Artist for Dragon Con 2019) and he was a Featured Artist at the CTN Animation Expo in Hollywood. Ed's work has twice been exhibited at the Museum of American Illustration/Society of Illustrators in New York. His work is included in the permanent collection at the Naia Museum of Art in Rochefort-en-Terre, France, and his artwork is included in numerous publications and journals worldwide. He lives in Madison, Wisconsin, with his wife Lisa who is also an accomplished artist.
