Lucio Parrillo
Lucio Parrillo is a traditional painter, illustrator, and sculptor living in Firenze, Italy, who for the past 15 years has worked for the most reputable companies in the comics and games industry.
Lucio has worked on comics for publishers all over the world, including the USA, Italy, Germany, France, and Sweden. To name a few, some of Lucio's clients include Marvel Comics, DC Comics, Dynamite Entertainment, Panini and many more. He is especially renowned for his extensive amount of cover art for characters such as Red Sonja, Vampirella and Warlord of Mars.
He painted numerous of covers, interior art and character designs for video games and role playing games, such as Forgotten Realms, Eberron, Magic, and Hecatomb.
​During the past 10 years he has illustrated trading cards for Magic the Gathering and Warcraft, as well as producing interior illustrations for Dungeons & Dragons books and a number of comic books for Magic the Gathering (Jace vs Chandra).
His most recent work are the interiors for Marvel's Wolverine, written by Mark Waid and Alex Ross.
