An illustration of Empress Innelda from A.E. van Vogt's "Weapon Shops of Isher." Created for the book, "Firebrands" (1998). I contacted van Vogt when preparing to do this and in response he sent me a photo of his wife, asking that she be used as the model for Innelda...which I did. Framed.
