The fox is widely recognized for its cleverness, playful nature, and remarkable resilience, making it a fascinating creature in both folklore and real life. Known for its agility and quick reflexes, the fox exhibits a unique ability to adapt to various environments, demonstrating an impressive intelligence and its playful antics often reveal a mischievous side, showcasing its spirited personality and sense of curiosity.

In many cultures, the fox symbolizes not only cunning and shrewdness but also resourcefulness. These traits make it a powerful representation of astuteness, highlighting the importance of being strategic and clever when faced with challenges. As a spirit animal, the fox serves as a guide, helping individuals navigate life’s complexities by encouraging them to trust their instincts, embrace change, and find their true paths. For this series, I start by creating an intricate pencil drawing on a wooden panel. After the drawing is complete, I add a texturized background to the piece with acrylics. The deliberate contrast between the controlled detail and the added chaos creates a fascinating visual interest that expresses nature’s majestic beauty verses the uncontrollable wildness of a life of survival.
