In the morning, I could feel a cold crispness in the air. Snow had fallen in the mountains overnight, and the wind was scurrying away the clouds to reveal a deep blue sky. Reflections of the distant peaks blurred by mist danced to and fro. A low cloud rolled by, tumbling over itself, revealing more towering rocks capped by white.
