This piece is based on an original narrative and part of a larger series titled “Nocturne.” Each installment in the collection adds another layer to the story, highlighting particular characters and scenes. “Nocturne VI” is about the serenity that exists when we are alone with time and space to be present, particularly when surrounded by nature. While the protagonist of our story sits in silent ritual, the crow peers into the water and perhaps sees a glimpse into her future.
