Reawakening of humanity, an enormous Multiple Award Winning oil painting which is a host of 13 figures and was painted in the Netherlands, is inspired by a vision Nik received when he was immersed in his thoughts about the human race and our future as humanity. He is very positive about the unfolding events on Earth.

The gigantic artwork has strong symbolism. The figures are placed in the middle of the forest where a gentle stream of water flows, representing the elements of life, purity and femininity. It happens in the middle of the night where a group of nude individuals experience different realities, some sleeping unaware of their surroundings, others slowly waking up. An older figure represents individuals who do not want to take responsibility for their lives. Floating above them are two figures whose bodies glow and illuminate the entire composition. An uplifted man whose energy radiates through his heart holds a safe space for her, the divine woman, to express herself and be free. A very important detail is the reflection of her light in his eyes. She is his inspiration, his guiding light.

A puissant element of the painting is a figure in the center of the group looking out of the painting toward the viewer of the painting, asking with his expression, "What about you, where would you be placed in this painting?"
