Description

The endless space filled with an infinite number of stars and worlds. The contradiction between the size of the universe and the tininess of man has always fascinated me. How we, tiny humans, can be such incredible creators of beauty and light, but also of destruction and darkness.

This painting started as a strong vision that was turned into a small drawing that sparked the fire of development and research. I spent hours diving deep into the vision, trying to understand what it wanted from me.

When I felt I had all the information I needed to take the next step, I contacted Petar Dorčevski, the ballet director of the Ljubljana Opera and Ballet. He was a perfect model for this painting. He understood my vision, and with his incredible body control he helped me to create this painting.

Now I stand in front of this painting and feel such gratitude towards life that I can live my dreams and help my visions come to life. This is the greatest gift!
